DIY Fringe Scarf
I've been wanting a fringe scarf for awhile now! The only problem is that they aren't sold in that many places, and they can be expensive. So I decided to try and make my own, and it actually came out really cute. All you need is an old, oversized t-shirt and a pair of scissors. It's not hard and it definitely makes a fashion statement. And you can use patterned or brightly colored shirts to create a really unique scarf :)
